StarVegas is not licensed to serve players in Great Britain, and its account contract requires every player to be an adult with an Italian tax code, the codice fiscale. The site is run by Greentube Malta Limited, part of the online division of the Austrian games group Novomatic, and the Gambling Commission's register, downloaded on 29 September 2026, has no account, trading name or domain for that company or for the brand. For anyone who does hold an Italian account, StarVegas's payments page estimates 2 to 5 working days for a withdrawal by PayPal, Skrill, Postepay or card, while the contract sets 7 days from the request as the latest date for withdrawn winnings to be credited. Deposits start at €5, and the same page puts identity checks at 24 to 48 hours. The welcome offer for a SPID registration, €2,000 in Fun Bonus, comes as 10 tranches of €200, one a day. Each has to be staked 100 times within 24 hours of arriving, on Novomatic games only, and all but the first must be claimed by hand before they lapse. A casino run by Novomatic's online arm
Greentube Malta Limited's registered office, as StarVegas's Chi siamo page gives it, is at W Business Centre, Level 4, Triq Dun Karm, Birkirkara, Malta. The register of ADM (Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli), Italy's gambling regulator, read on 29 September 2026, gives the company one entry: concession 16038, for www.starvegas.it.
That makes StarVegas a games maker's own shop window. The footer of every page advertises original NOVOMATIC slots such as Book of Ra, Sizzling Hot and Lucky Lady. On 25 January 2021 Pragmatic Play announced that its whole slot portfolio, including Wolf Gold and Sweet Bonanza, was going live on StarVegas.it along with Enhance, its promotions tool that includes Drops and Wins. That announcement quotes Adam Warren as Managing Director of StarVegas.it. He and Antonello Cuschieri are the two people named as representing Greentube Malta in the current account contract.
Chi siamo adds that every game is certified by ADM-accredited testing bodies before ADM approves it, and that Greentube Malta holds responsible-gambling certification from the Global Gambling Guidance Group (G4).

Greentube companies on the Commission's register
The Gambling Commission's guidance says a business needs a Commission licence to offer remote gambling to consumers in Great Britain, even if it is based abroad. Its own example is a business based in Malta whose betting website or app can be played by people in England, Scotland or Wales. Four other Greentube companies do appear in the Commission's register, all with active accounts. Greentube Alderney Limited (account 39050) is licensed for remote casino, bingo and general betting as well as gambling software. Greentube Gibraltar Limited (43091) holds remote gambling software and casino game host licences, Greentube GmbH (41020) a remote gambling software licence, and Greentube UK Limited (48666) gambling software and full gaming machine technical licences. None of those rows lists starvegas.it.
The contract behind the tax-code condition is governed by Italian law. A dispute over it goes to the court where the consumer lives if that is in Italy, and to an Italian court in every case, with arbitration ruled out.

Opening an account in Italy: SPID or a scanned document
The registration guide offers two routes: a classic registration or SPID, Italy's public digital identity system. Through SPID, the guide says, personal details are acquired and verified automatically and the account can be used at once. A classic registration asks for an identity document during sign-up. The guide accepts an Italian identity card, an Italian driving licence or a passport, with the codice fiscale taken from the tessera sanitaria, the Italian health card, which holders of an electronic identity card do not need.
If the uploaded document is not suitable, it has to reach supporto@it.starvegas.it within 2 days, and until it does the account is not active. Each person may have one StarVegas account, and after closing one, a new account can be opened only after 15 days. The account cannot be activated until a deposit limit is set, daily, weekly or monthly, a condition the contract also imposes.
The contract adds rules that bite later. An identity document that expires suspends the account until a valid one is sent. With no valid document, or with incomplete or wrong personal details, the account cannot be used to play, deposit or withdraw, and the holder has 60 days to put it right before the contract ends automatically.

The sign-up bonus and its daily instalments
The registration offer runs from 11:01 on 19 November 2025 to 23:59 on 31 December 2026, for new customers who have never had a StarVegas account. Nothing is paid until the account is validated, which for a classic registration means sending an identity document and having it checked. A classic registration earns €300 instead of the SPID €2,000, paid the same way in 10 tranches of €30.
The first tranche is credited on validation, and each of the other 9 becomes available 24 hours after the one before, to be claimed from Le Mie Offerte in the account. One left unclaimed for 24 hours expires. Bonus-eligible games are the Novomatic (Greentube) titles opened in Bonus mode, which the Fun Bonus filter on the slot page picks out. At 100 times within those 24 hours, a €200 tranche needs €20,000 of stakes and a €30 tranche €3,000, and whatever is unused when those 24 hours end is cancelled. The terms set the maximum conversion at "0,40", which they define as the largest amount that can be converted into real balance. A Fun Bonus that does convert is credited as Real Bonus Slot within 72 working hours, once the eligibility checks in the terms and conditions are done.
The free spins follow the same daily pattern: 1,000 through SPID in tranches of 100, or 300 through classic registration in tranches of 30. A tranche goes on one slot chosen from Book of Ra Deluxe, Lucky Lady's Charm, Dolphin's Pearl, Sizzling Hot and Apollo God of the Sun, and cannot be split between games. Each spin is worth €0.20, so a tranche of 100 is €20 of play. Winnings from spins arrive as Fun Bonus, with the same 100 times, the same conversion cap and the same 24 hours.
The offer is limited to one per person, household, group of players, email address and phone number, and to one among players who have ever used the same IP address. Greentube Malta can cancel a credited bonus if it believes that rule was broken, change or end the offer without notice, and withdraw it from play it judges aimed only at cashing the bonus out. Under the contract, bonuses can be used only to play and cannot be withdrawn. Only one bonus is active at a time, the oldest first, with later ones held as "in attesa" until they are activated, and the home page's FAQ says the welcome bonus is optional.

Where the promotion pages and the offer terms part company
StarVegas's promotional pages describe the registration offer in ways its terms do not. The welcome-bonus page says the later tranches of €200 "arrive automatically every 2 days from registration", and in another paragraph that the Fun Bonus of up to €2,000 and the 1,000 free spins are received automatically within 24 hours. The promotional text on the SPID page calls the bonus available straight after identity verification. Further down, the welcome-bonus page names €1,000 in Fun Bonus and 2,000 free spins, and its worked wagering example uses 30 times where the SPID terms say 100.
The first-deposit bonus carries 2 percentages, both up to €5,000. The home page, whose text is dated 2 September 2026, offers 200% of the first deposit. The welcome-bonus page and the live-casino page offer 100%.

Getting money out: the payments page against the contract
In the payments table, Neteller has the same €5 minimum deposit as the other methods but a dash in the withdrawal-time column. Higher up, the page describes withdrawals as processed "even under 24 hours for digital methods". The welcome-bonus page adds Paysafecard to the payment methods and names bank transfer as a way to withdraw.
Under the contract's 7-day limit, Greentube Malta owes legal interest on withdrawn winnings credited late. Counting both from the day of the request, a PayPal withdrawal asked for on a Thursday falls between the next Monday and the next Thursday on the page's estimate, and the contract's 7 days also end on that Thursday. Public holidays push the working-day estimate later.
The payments page asks for a copy of an identity document and the codice fiscale, and suggests uploading them straight after registering so that a withdrawal does not have to wait for them. Money returns by the route it arrived "where possible", in the words of one FAQ answer, and another says that in general the same method must be used to deposit and withdraw. Two answers on that page name AdmiralBet, which ADM's register lists under a different concessionaire, Admiral Bet S.r.l. (concession 16048).
The contract adds rules of its own. Deposits must come from a payment instrument that identifies the account holder, and top-ups at retail points, cash included, are capped at €100 a week in total. Winnings reach the balance within an hour of the official result unless a game's rules say otherwise. Moving money in and out costs nothing, the account pays no interest, and a balance untouched for 3 years goes to the Italian state. An operator suspension lasts at most 180 days, after which the balance must be paid out on request unless a seizure or other official order applies.

Novomatic slots and live tables with Italian croupiers
The home page claims more than 4,000 games across slots, virtual and live roulette and blackjack, crash games and betting. Its slot studios include NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Amusnet, Novomatic, Tuko, Octavian, iSoftBet and Capecod. The slot filters include Esclusivi, for games only StarVegas offers, Jackpot, Drop & Wins for Pragmatic Play's prize-drop games, and Fun Bonus, which the home page describes as the place to play the bonus that is not real money. Italian bar-style slots such as La Gallina d'Oro, Bella Napoli and Pierino va in Montagna sit alongside sette e mezzo, the Italian card game, and the home page's FAQ says slots can be tried in demo mode without registering. The app is listed on the App Store and Google Play, and the same account covers sports betting, including live events.
On 29 September 2026 the live lobby's provider filter counted 315 games: 133 from Evolution, 92 from Playtech, 81 from Pragmatic and 9 from Skywind. One category is called Italiani, and the home page names Roulette Italiana Live, Crazy Time Italia and Casino Hold'em Italia among tables with native Italian-speaking croupiers. Each tile shows its stake range. That day Roulette Italiana took €0.50 to €5,000, Crazy Time Italia €0.10 to €1,000 and Blackjack Italia Tricolore 1 €10 to €2,500. A title branded Starvegas Red Baron Live carried an "Esclusivo" label and a €0.10 to €1,000 range.
For each game's rules and odds, the responsible-gambling page points to the site's Vincite per mese page, and the help menu also lists Probabilità di vincita, a winning-odds page. A game cut off by a lost internet connection resumes from that point at the next login, the same page says.

Contacting StarVegas and taking a complaint further
The footer of every page gives live chat from 11:00 to 19:00 and phone and email from 08:00 to 21:00, Monday to Sunday, on freephone 800 596738 and at supporto@it.starvegas.it. It also warns that messages sent by any other route will not be considered. The live-casino page says instead that help is available 24/7 by chat, email or phone. Every StarVegas page quoted here is in Italian.
A complaint about the account goes to StarVegas first, and the contract gives its contact centre 72 hours from receipt to reply. With no reply, or a reply that does not settle it, the next step is ADM's Portale delle segnalazioni, the only channel the contract names for taking it to the regulator, and StarVegas then has another 72 hours to answer ADM. Disputes over the account statement go in writing to the company's office, by email, or by certified email (PEC) to greentubemalta@pec.it. The account shows its balance and at least the last 30 days of movements online, older records come on request, and they are kept for 10 years. The responsible-gambling page also links ADM's Carta dei Servizi, the regulator's charter of player rights.
A player can leave the contract at any time, without penalty or giving a reason, by registered letter, by email or PEC with a digital signature, or through the site's own function.

Limits and an exclusion covering every licensed Italian site
The deposit limit set before the account opens can be changed under Impostazioni > Gioco Responsabile: a cut applies at once, an increase only after 7 days. The home page also lists session time limits and breaks. Self-exclusion sits under Impostazioni > Autoesclusione Trasversale, for a set period or permanently.
The contract sets the scopes. An exclusion can run for a fixed period that ends by itself or indefinitely, cover single types of game or all of them, and apply to StarVegas alone or across all concessionaires. A fixed period can be turned into an indefinite one on request. An indefinite exclusion can be reconsidered only after 9 months, and the account reopens 7 days after StarVegas sends its notice. Someone excluded across all concessionaires cannot play, open new accounts, deposit or receive bonuses. Chi siamo describes the wider option as exclusion from all legal gambling platforms in Italy through the national self-exclusion system.
The responsible-gambling page also points to BetBlocker, a charity whose free app stops access to gambling sites on several devices for anything from 24 hours to 5 years, and offers a 17-question self-test that suggests contacting a support service after a single yes. In Italy it lists the Istituto Superiore di Sanità's freephone 800 55 88 22, Gioca Responsabile on 800 151 000, Giocatori Anonimi, and Gam-Anon Italia for friends and family.
