What does 10x on the bonus mean in pounds?
The welcome offer in the bonus terms matches half of the first deposit, up to a bonus of £100, and the Casumo bonus wagering is 10 times the bonus. Casumo's promotions page has shown a different headline, 100% up to £100 plus 50 spins, so confirm which version the opt-in screen shows before you deposit. The figures below follow the bonus terms and are our calculations, not forecasts of any result.
- A £20 deposit, the minimum for the offer, earns a £10 bonus and £100 of wagering.
- A £200 deposit earns the full £100 bonus and £1,000 of wagering, to be staked within 7 days.
- A £250 deposit earns the same £100 bonus, because the match stops at £100, so the extra £50 buys no extra bonus and no extra wagering.
Wagering counts the total of your stakes, not your losses. On a game that counts in full, a £1,000 requirement can be met by 500 spins of £2, and every one of those spins can still lose.
How much do games count towards Casumo bonus wagering?
Eligible slots, jackpot slots, instant wins, scratchcards and keno count in full, apart from slots with a return to player of 96.8% or higher, which count for 30%. Table games and live casino count for little or nothing, so a requirement built for slots takes far longer on roulette or blackjack.
Casumo's contribution table lists roulette and blackjack at 10%, live casino and video poker at 5% and baccarat at 0%. A separate clause says no live casino or random-number table game bet counts at all. Treat table play as not counting, and check the weighting shown in the game before you stake. Sports bets do not count either, and you cannot place them while a casino bonus is active.
What happens to winnings if the 7 days run out?
If the requirement is not complete within 7 days, the bonus expires and any winnings made with bonus funds are lost. The cash you deposited stays yours.
You can ask to withdraw cash while a bonus is active, but doing so before the Casumo bonus wagering is done forfeits the bonus and any winnings from it. Its withdrawal policy also restricts monthly payouts above €/$50,000. The balance page shows how much of the requirement remains, so check it before you request a payout.
Which stakes can void a win?
Casumo's bonus terms cap a spin at €5, or the local equivalent, on bets placed with bonus money, and that includes bonus buy and feature drop options. Casumo may confiscate all winnings if the terms are breached with bonus money, not only those from the oversized bet.
A second limit applies. Single bets of 20% or more of the bonus credited are prohibited until the requirement is met, so on a £10 bonus the ceiling is under £2, and on a £100 bonus it is under £20. Separately, the Gambling Commission's online slot stake limit is £2 a spin for players aged 18 to 24 and £5 for those 25 and over, so the €5 figure is not a stake every UK player can use. Four points are worth a second look before you deposit.
- Minimum deposit. The help pages give £10 as the minimum deposit on all methods, while the welcome offer needs £20 for the bonus to apply. They govern different things.
- Wagering basis. The general terms describe wagering on a deposit bonus as 10 times the bonus plus any connected deposit, but the welcome offer's special terms override that and state 10 times the bonus, so £1,000 is the figure on a £100 bonus. The opt-in screen shows the requirement before you accept.
- Table games. The contribution table and the clause on table games differ, as set out above.
- Welcome headline and support hours. The promotions page and the bonus terms describe the match differently, and the footer gives support as 7am to 11pm while another help page says any hour.
